STRATHFIELD EXTENSION

Our clients on this project had a simple brief, they loved the area but needed more space, and wanted a separate master bedroom & ensuite. We worked closely with them, engaging our Architect and working through the plan revisions, until we arrived at the perfect result.

The 25m2 house extension & renovation allowed for a transformation of the existing space to accommodate a modern open plan kitchen, separate laundry, new master bedroom & ensuite bathroom, and lounge space. This flows straight onto a large deck - extending the living space even further and providing a seamless indoor outdoor flow. Given that the new ensuite was not on an exterior wall, a skylight was installed to allow natural light to flood the space.

This project was completed on time and on budget.
