At Summit Construction, we specialize in architectural renovations, extensions, and new builds across Christchurch.
Since 2020, we’ve focused on doing one thing properly, delivering high-quality projects that are well-managed from start to finish. Our approach is simple: take the complexity out of building and handle everything for our clients.
From the early concept stage through to final sign-off, we manage the full process. That includes working alongside architects, coordinating engineers and consultants, handling council consents, and overseeing every aspect on site.
You’re not left chasing people or trying to piece it all together, we take care of it all.
We work on projects where detail matters. Architectural renovations and extensions require a higher level of planning, coordination, and craftsmanship than standard builds.
