For this project, our client wanted to create a comfortable and independent living space for her elderly mother. The design focuses on functionality and accessibility, with a standalone flat featuring a kitchen, living area, bathroom, and one bedroom. Every element of the space has been thoughtfully planned to ensure it is pensioner-friendly, with wide doorways, easy-to-use fixtures, and slip-resistant flooring for safety. The open-plan layout provides a spacious and welcoming atmosphere, while the bathroom is equipped with accessible features, such as a walk-in shower. By prioritising comfort, convenience, and safety, we’ve created a home where her mother can enjoy independent living, with everything she needs for a relaxed and supportive lifestyle.
