Communication - fantastic. I had more than the normal amount of questions as things had gone very wrong in this area with a different company. They were always willing to answer any query which popped up. All of their staff were polite and followed through with what they said they were going to do.
Quotes/costs - their quotes were always accurate. Any changes needed were discussed clearly and followed up in writing.
