Nestled in the scenic Westmorland Hills with captivating views overlooking Christchurch City, this 750sqm section offered an opportunity to create a bespoke masterpiece.

The brief from our client on this project was to keep within a set budget whilst working with the complications of a hill site, to create a one of a kind home designed for entertaining. We worked with our in-house Architect to simplify the design from a structural standpoint, without compromising the incredible views, and creating 3 luxurious outdoor spaces - fitting the brief of making it an entertainer's dream. The expansive glass and large raked ceilings throughout makes the home feel much larger than the 224m2 that it is, whilst still having plenty of practical space.

The beauty of working with an Architect and Builder together on projects such as these, means the plans align with your budget from the start, and the project stays on time and on budget throughout the build, just as this one is.
