Architectural Renovation, Retaining wall works commenced August 2025 

 

This stunning hillside property is undergoing a major transformation. With demolition kicking off in late August 2025, it’s a project you’ll definitely want to follow.

Given the exposed and vulnerable location, retaining wall works have been a key priority from the get-go. Now that these are complete, the focus shifts to the main home renovation.​ With the garage being the only remaining structure from the original home, this is a truly hands-on renovation and will effectively be a full rebuild from the ground up.

Progress is tracking well, with the home now roofed and windows in. The project is really starting to take shape, with the next stages of the build well underway as cladding works begin this week.
