BEACH ROAD RENOVATION

Project completed within a strict 8 week deadline September 2024

 

This project touched every part of the home, delivering a full transformation from top to bottom. A completely new roof, soffits, and fascia set the foundation for the upgrade, followed by the creation of a light-filled open-plan kitchen and dining space.

At the heart of the home sits a bespoke kitchen, complete with statement lighting, complemented by a new laundry and a fully renovated bathroom and toilet. New flooring was installed throughout, along with double-glazed windows and a new ranch slider to improve comfort and energy efficiency.

The result is a fully refreshed home, thoughtfully redesigned for modern family living and built to be enjoyed for years to come.
