Our client's brief on this project was that they love their area, have the kids in school nearby and don’t want to move- but they just really want to make their existing home more their own.

 

We worked with them through many planning & pricing revisions prior to us picking up the tools, to ensure their hard earned money went into the right places and towards a perfect solution that was tailored to their needs.The plan settled on a 65m2 extension to accommodate a new master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, the addition of an extra bedroom and a feature outdoor living space- with open shaft skylights, lined with cedar battens.
