SIMEON STREET EXTENSION

Our clients on this project needed more space for their large family but wanted to achieve this with a modest budget in mind. We conjured a plan to add a 42m2 lean-to extension to the existing floor plan to accommodate for two new bedrooms, a new laundry and additional toilet & shower. We kept the materials & new fixtures mid-range to keep the budget on track. With this plan we could also leave the existing dwelling essentially untouched, meaning they could continue to live on site throughout us completing the extension- and then commission the extension on completion.
